1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using InviteCraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
2. Description of Service
InviteCraft provides an online platform to create and customize digital invitation and stationery templates. Features include:
- Free access to the template editor
- Ability to customize text, images, colors, and layout
- Export completed designs in PNG, JPG, or PDF formats
- Cloud storage for work-in-progress designs
Premium templates are purchased separately through Etsy and unlocked via invite codes.
3. Service Availability & Limitations
The Service is provided on a "best-effort" basis. As a solo-developed project, we make no guarantees regarding continuous operation, uptime, or perpetual availability.
The Service may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All content you create or upload using the Service
- Using the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not attempting to gain unauthorized access or disrupt the Service
5. Template Access & Editing Rights
Access to edit purchased templates is provided on a best-effort basis. While we aim to provide ongoing access:
- There is no guaranteed minimum access period
- Access may be affected by service changes or discontinuation
- You should download completed designs promptly
6. Data Storage & Retention
You are responsible for backing up your data. We strongly recommend downloading your designs immediately upon completion. Do not rely on cloud storage as your only copy.
Cloud storage is provided as a convenience with no guarantee of data retention. Data may be lost due to technical failures or service discontinuation.
7. Downloads & File Export
When you export a design, you receive a digital file that you own and control, independent of the Service. We recommend downloading:
- Immediately after completing your design
- In multiple formats if possible
- To multiple storage locations as backup
8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are owned by InviteCraft. Templates are licensed, not sold — you may use them for personal or commercial purposes as specified, but may not resell or redistribute the template files themselves. You retain ownership of original content you upload.
9. Disclaimers & Limitations
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or any damages exceeding the amount paid for template access in the preceding 12 months.
10. Modifications & Termination
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may terminate access for breach of Terms, illegal activity, or service discontinuation. Upon termination, access ceases and data may be deleted.
