Questions

Why do I need my own Etsy app?

Etsy requires each shop's order data to be accessed through an app the shop owner registers. Registering one is free and takes about 15 minutes; Settings walks you through each step. After Etsy approves it, you connect your shop with one click.

Does InviteCraft take a cut of my sales?

No. Buyers pay you on Etsy, and Etsy pays you directly. InviteCraft only charges your monthly plan.

Can I cancel or change my plan?

Yes, anytime. Go to Admin → Billing to change plans, update your card, download invoices, or cancel.

Can other shops see my templates or buyers?

No. Each workspace is separate. Your templates, buyers, uploads and Etsy connection belong to your workspace only.

Can I use my own fonts?

Yes. Upload font files in Admin and use them in your templates. Make sure your font license covers use in a web-based editor and by your buyers.

What if a buyer's email doesn't arrive?

Buyers can claim their template on your claim page with their Etsy order number and email address. You can also resend the link from the Orders page in Admin.

Can I sell templates outside Etsy?

Automatic delivery is built for Etsy. You can also give any customer access to a template by hand from Admin, which works for sales made anywhere else.
